Tom Corbisiero, PT, DPT, CSCS

Co-Owner

Tom Corbisiero is a highly trained Physical Therapist and part owner at Momentum Performance PT. He specializes in rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on returning athletes back to the high level demand of their sport.

Tom attended North Carolina State University, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a course concentration in exercise science and programming. From there, Tom attended Stockton University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Due to his extensive training in volleyball he specializes with conditions pertaining to volleyball such as patellar tendinopathy, high grade ankle sprains, rotator cuff pain syndromes, labral tears, and other extensive injuries that may be sidelining you.

His treatment style stems from finding the root cause of your pain and addressing it with various manual techniques, corrective exercises, and patient education. As a former athlete, he understands the demands of sport and how to physically prepare the body for returning to play.

Tom is certified by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Alexander Leto, PT, CSCS, OCS

Co-Owner

Alexander Leto is a board-certified physical therapist and part owner of Momentum Performance PT. Dr. Alex has a movement-based approach and as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, he keeps up to date with the current evidence to provide the most efficient and effective treatment experience possible. Alex utilizes various soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques such as dry needling and grade 4 manipulations to supplement individualized exercise programs to service his patients and athletes all the way from acute rehab to return to play.

Dr. Alex is originally from Old Bridge, New Jersey. He graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with honors and earned his Doctorate in Physical therapy. During his final clinical rotation, Alex treated athletes from the high school to professional level at EXOS in San Diego, California. Before then, he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was captain of the Men’s Track and Field team. During his career as a sprinter, Dr. Alex experienced his fair share of injuries which ignited his passion for sports medicine. In addition to his personal experience as an athlete, Alex also worked as a strength and conditioning coach and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He draws upon his education and experiences to relate to his patients and ensure they are receiving the proper treatment they need to return to their desired activity pain and restriction free.

When he is not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cheering on Juventus and the New York Yankees, and playing with his dog, Tahini.
